To Whom It May Concern:

We hired Percy Schuurman in September to assist with our long-awaited home renovation. We had Percy and his incredible crew in our home for many months. Percy is a hands-on contractor who can often be found on his knees or up on a ladder. Percy and his crew became like family. Like any good renovation, it progressed with the snowball effect. With each passing day, we as the homeowners, decided on more and more changes to our renovation. Percy and his crew were more than willing to work with us and our changes to make our vision a reality. Percy is fond of saying it doesn't matter to me, in the end when I leave, it's your house, you have to live in it. While he says this is true, I don't believe for a minute that Percy doesn't care. Percy truly does care and it shows in the quality of his workmanship.

After having Percy Schuurman and his crew in our home, all over our home, we will indeed have him back for the second phase of our renovation.

Percy's work standard is excellent, he pays particular attention to detail; he also listens to exactly what I need doing, making communication very easy. The work Percy did not do himself he supervised making sure every detail was correct, from replacing walls, bathrooms, kitchen plus adding a new kitchen to new exterior doors.
